Everything we offer today is rooted in the extensive professional journey of Dr. Niyi Adeleye — Real Estate Developer, Project Manager, and Wealth Coach.
His expertise was forged through seven years of private sector experience, leading to his full transition into entrepreneurship in 2006. Between 2006 and 2022, this vision evolved from marketing over 1,200 plots of land as a realtor, to formalising operations, addressing the industry’s biggest barrier of financing, and ultimately consolidating into an international real estate group.

Partnered with BETONIQ - Mass Housing Technology
Partnered with German firm BETONIQ to introduce mass housing technology to Nigeria.

Formally consolidated all business outfits into the Perfection Real Estate Group of Companies Ltd.
